Beschreibung

• Design and develop complex applications using Pega • Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions • Collaborate with LSAs and BAs to align Pega Blueprint models and implementations • Define low-level architectures and design patterns for Pega solutions • Provide technical leadership and coordinate teams of 2–3 developers • Ensure compliance with Pega development best practices and standards • Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment phases of the software development lifecycle • Create and maintain technical documentation • Analyze and resolve issues, bugs, and performance problems • Collaborate with stakeholders on the successful evolution of solutions • Participate in DevOps and CI/CD processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4–6 years of experience working with Pega • Pega CSA or CSSA certification • Experience with recent Pega versions, minimum Pega 8.x • Knowledge of Pega Blueprint for process modeling and requirements gathering • Experience with Case Management, workflows, and integrations • Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA • Experience with Pega DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of Pega DX API and UI/UX best practices • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders • Advanced English level (C1) • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is nice to have • Experience leading technical teams is nice to have • Experience in enterprise application transformation and evolution projects is nice to have • Knowledge of solution architecture and design patterns is nice to have
