Beschreibung

• Coordinate and support substation asset inspections, condition assessments, and engineering reviews. • Perform quality control (QC) reviews of engineering documents, designs, and inspection reports. • Evaluate substation equipment and systems to ensure compliance with PG&E standards, applicable codes, and industry best practices. • Provide technical consultation and engineering guidance to internal stakeholders, field personnel, and project teams. • Review and validate inspection findings, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. • Support reliability, safety, and asset management initiatives across transmission and distribution substations. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams in a remote environment. • Participate in occasional site visits or field walkdowns as required.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required, Electrical Engineering preferred. • Professional Engineering License preferred, but not required. • Civil, or other, Engineers may be considered if they possess significant substation engineering experience. • Travel up to 10%. • Must have reliable high-speed internet access from your location. • This position will be working with coworkers in the Pacific Time Zone, must be willing to work on Pacific Time Zone schedule.
