Beschreibung

• Maintain and continuously update the integrated project plan and initiative tracker • Coordinate and run weekly workstream check-ins • Track and manage milestones, risks, issues, and decisions • Prepare executive-ready reporting • Conduct ad-hoc analytics and data analysis • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and follow-up actions • Support benefits realization tracking • Ensure consistent use of standard templates, tools, and PMO processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, project management, or related fields • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, and reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Analytical mindset with the ability to perform ad-hoc analyses and synthesize findings into clear insights • Proficiency in developing clear, concise, and executive-ready materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Experience in healthcare settings or healthcare consulting preferred
