Beschreibung

• Bring meticulous accuracy to invoicing, Accounts Payable (AP), and general accounting workflows • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of communication and Invoice delivery • Resolve related inquiries, ensure accurate customer records are maintained • Review staff expense reporting to ensure proper ledger coding and correct discrepancies • Drive AP workflows in Bill.com • Aid in quarterly state tax payments via AP processing • Actively participate in team projects and initiatives, consistently seeking ways to enhance the precision and efficiency of our financial systems and standard operating procedures
