Beschreibung

• Architect, design and build solutions on the HighQ platform based on client use case and goals • Onboard and train clients • Work with a range of client stakeholders • Communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner • Project manage solutions delivered to clients • Manage multiple client accounts

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1-2 years of implementation experience • Legal Software product knowledge (preferred) • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Proven customer satisfaction • Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm (preferred) • Ability to communicate across all client organization levels • High initiative and team orientation • Technical affinity for software and data analytics • Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently • Consultative and client-focused problem-solving skills • Strong business and financial understanding
