Beschreibung

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client processes, reporting requirements, and system landscape • Design and configure Workday solutions • Facilitate design meetings and workshops, driving alignment and collaborative decision-making • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations • Support data conversion, integrations, testing strategy, and deployment activities • Manage deliverables in alignment with project timelines and milestones • Partner with senior leaders to recommend best practices and process improvements • Stay current on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on optimization opportunities • Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience • Active or recent Workday Certification in Grants Management • Deep understanding of non-profit accounting principles, federal grant regulations, and donor reporting • Understanding of the Workday Customer Contracts and Billing frameworks • Experience guiding non-profit organizations transitioning from legacy fund-accounting systems into Workday • Ability to gain and maintain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts, Core FINS enhancements, and cross-application features • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work across multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
