Beschreibung

• Own sales operations, reporting pipeline, forecast, conversion rates, win rates, quota attainment, and rep productivity metrics • Build dashboards and reports used by leaders for decision-making • Analyze territory capacity and coverage to identify white space, overloaded reps, and underutilized segments • Support account segmentation and territory design using firmographics, account potential, and historical performance • Identify sales-cycle process breakdowns and inefficiencies using data • Partner with sales leadership to translate business problems into automated solutions • Maintain and improve CRM data quality and workflow logic • Document repeatable and maintainable workflows and processes • Build AI agents and automations for data capture, call and meeting summaries, follow-up drafting, account research, deal risk flags, and forecast narrative support • Create multi-step agent workflows connecting CRM, email, calling tools, and data sources • Own an AI automation backlog and ship weekly improvements based on measurable impact • Define human-approval guardrails, CRM logging requirements, and protections against bad data propagation • Monitor automation accuracy, adoption, time saved, and pipeline impact; continuously iterate • Automate dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, rep activity, and attainment • Diagnose bottlenecks, quantify impact, and deploy AI or process changes to address them • Track automation ROI, including hours saved, speed-to-lead, conversion lift, data completeness, and forecast variance • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the CRO and sales leaders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics • Strong SQL and Excel/spreadsheet skills • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI required • Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows or automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Hatz, or similar • Prompt engineering experience is a plus • Salesforce experience, including reporting and workflow/automation setup • Experience with territory planning, account segmentation, or capacity modeling • Proven ability to turn messy data into clear, actionable insight • Strong project management skills, including scoping problems, building solutions, and shipping without heavy oversight • Comfortable driving change with sales leadership and reps • Python and API integration experience preferred • Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows and evaluation methods for LLM outputs preferred • Demonstrated experience building dashboards, bots, or automated workflows that measurably saved time or improved a leadership metric
