Beschreibung

• Define and lead the enterprise vision and long-term strategy for Advisor Marketing • Transform and modernize the advisor marketing service model • Partner with the Advisor Marketing Product team to deliver experiences and capabilities • Simplify advisor access to marketing support and create scalable, customer-centric solutions • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, advisor satisfaction, and business outcomes • Define the enterprise Advisor Marketing service model across advisor segments • Serve as the executive voice of the field within Marketing • Partner with Distribution and Field leadership to drive adoption of marketing programs, campaigns, tools, and capabilities • Oversee advisor marketing training, communications, and change management • Own the advertising compliance policy, policy guide, and review process • Lead modernization of advertising compliance review processes and governance • Evolve compliance operations through process optimization, technology enablement, and partnership with Legal and Risk • Provide strategic leadership for Multicultural Marketing, including translation and culturally relevant content • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team • Establish partnerships across Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and executive leadership • Develop organizational capabilities, talent, and succession plans • Promote Thrivent’s purpose, values, engagement, inclusion, and operational excellence • Provide strategic influencing and expert change management • Ensure clear, priority-aligned communication and accountability • Interact with executive leaders, the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• College degree, advanced degree or MBA in marketing preferred • 15–20 years of professional marketing, advertising, and/or communications experience, preferably in the financial services industry and/or agency environment • Ability to design, execute, and measure marketing strategies contributing to organizational growth • Experience driving sales enablement through multi-distribution channels with multiple products • Experience working in a highly regulated environment with understanding of the Compliance function • Ability to influence broad groups of stakeholders and senior leaders, often without direct authority • Consensus-building and buy-in development across a large, matrixed organization • Critical thinking, excellent judgment, and courageous leadership • Experience navigating complex and matrixed organizations • Ability to build teams and cultivate leadership followership • Awareness and understanding of economic variables affecting corporate financial success factors • Highly creative and strategic thinking • Strong relationship-building, managing-through-influence, and coaching skills • Ability to identify innovative ways to meet prospect and client needs • Ability to exceed expectations, challenge assumptions, and disrupt the status quo
