Beschreibung

• Create, develop, deploy, and maintain Tilled services • Design and implement highly reliable, fault-tolerant systems • Collect and visualize detailed telemetry data to continuously improve systems • Advance and adhere to high-quality coding practices, including unit testing and pair programming • Take end-to-end responsibility for continuously monitoring and improving created services • Promote an engineering team culture that is always learning, motivated, and collaborative • Work across the stack with TypeScript, Angular, NodeJS, and Postgres • Work directly with the Director of Engineering

🎯 Anforderungen

• Authorized to work in the United States • Resident in a United States time zone • Comfortable with remote work • 6+ years building and owning production software systems • Deep experience with TypeScript and Node.js, or a comparable modern backend stack • Strong command of relational databases, particularly Postgres, including schema design, indexing, and query performance tuning • Track record of good judgment under ambiguity in fast-moving, high-growth environments • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a distributed team • Genuine interest in raising the bar for the team around you • Experience with Angular preferred • Experience in a startup preferred • Experience with AWS preferred • Experience building or integrating payment systems such as Stripe or Braintree • History of materially improving production systems' performance, quality, or reliability • Flexibility to work between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday-Friday
