Beschreibung

• Design, implementation, and evolution of reliable, scalable platform infrastructure supporting our SaaS products and APIs • Partner with Engineering teams to evolve platform architecture over time • Architect and maintain infrastructure-as-code frameworks • Establish observability as a default platform capability • Own and improve incident response frameworks • Define and guide service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) • Lead improvements to CI/CD pipelines and platform tooling • Drive capacity planning, performance optimization, and scaling strategies • Collaborate with Security and Engineering leadership for platform resilience • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering within SaaS • Hands-on production cloud infrastructure experience within distributed systems • Azure preferred; AWS/GCP welcome • Experience with agents and AI powered workflows in engineering organization • Strong production observability understanding • Customer-service mindset towards engineers served • Experience in cost/speed/safety tradeoffs and discussions
