Beschreibung

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by supporting the team in acquiring accounts across multiple geographic territories • Sell T-Mobile products, services, and solutions to gain new business • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques • Recommend wireless solutions including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories • Negotiate and close deals • Develop prospecting, call execution, and relationship management skills with leadership • Participate in product and service training and attend sales meetings • Devise creative sales approaches, solutions, and proposals • Use sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools • Manage the sales funnel and report on sales activities and forecasting • Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma/GED (Required) • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment • Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, fast-changing, highly multitasked environment • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Effective negotiating and closing skills • Experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred) • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Willingness and ability to travel
