Beschreibung

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA reverse vending machines (RVMs) at customer locations • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, with support from experienced colleagues when needed • Carry out both preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to ensure equipment uptime • Support the installation and commissioning of new machines following training • Build positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted and friendly face of TOMRA • Work closely with retailers and site contacts to ensure a smooth and professional service experience • Travel regularly within your region, with occasional overnight stays and visits to service hubs • Accurately record work, service updates, and machine status using digital tools and systems (IFS) • Keep your van stock and equipment organised and ready for use • Share feedback and ideas to help improve our products and processes • Stay up to date with TOMRA’s technology and continuously develop your skills

🎯 Anforderungen

• A solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems, with an interest in learning how to analyse, test, and repair complex equipment • A curious and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail • A customer-focused approach, with clear and confident communication skills • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider, supportive team • Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence.
