Beschreibung

• Build and ship best-in-class, end-to-end transportation management software for bulk commodity haulers • Solve interesting and challenging problems for users • Collaborate with experienced engineers, product management, and UX counterparts • Understand the trucking domain and users' businesses and workflows • Build and ship features on a daily/weekly basis • Participate in pair programming, team discussions, and cross-functional collaboration • Proactively identify and complete work aligned with team goals and business needs • Support colleagues across all areas of the business • Balance product quality and delivery velocity while making thoughtful trade-offs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Familiarity with both Ruby on Rails and React • Experience working in a remote-first environment • 5+ years of experience building and shipping web-based software products • Ability and desire to build fast and ship features on a daily / weekly basis • Strong communication skills • Ability to take direction and feedback from senior team members • Strong desire to learn about the trucking industry, meet with customers, learn about their businesses and workflows • Empathy for users and teammates • Located in the United States • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • This includes OPT, STEM OPT, F-1, H1B, etc.
