• Directly oversees a portfolio of assigned accounts responsible for overall performance in financial management, guest and client satisfaction • Works closely with the Vice President/District Manager to ensure corporate initiatives are incorporated within the operations • Manages payroll, scheduling, and ensures that forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate • Engaged in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected • Ensures guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts • Develops working relationships with client’s staff members and maintains communication channels • Takes responsibility for maintaining a high level of client visibility and understanding objectives
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record • A minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and various technology and point-of-sale applications
