Beschreibung

• Develop refrigeration systems and solutions • Lead the development of cold room and walk-in refrigeration contracting proposals • Support Sales Associates in developing project installation budgets • Provide key technical support to pursue Life Science contracting business • Manage the design process for cold room and walk-in refrigeration projects • Evaluate and select refrigeration systems • Coordinate with subcontractors • Continually validate the effectiveness of the Design-Build Turnkey process • Responsible for securing customers from Solutions Development through project transition

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • Demonstrated experience with cold room and walk-in refrigeration contracting • Ability to audit existing refrigeration and control systems • Understanding of construction methods and practices specific to cold room and walk-in refrigeration installations • General knowledge of basic engineering, electricity, mechanical refrigeration systems, and the building construction industry • Familiarity with refrigerant regulations • Project Management experience required; PMP or equivalent certification a plus • Ability to develop and write refrigeration system-level sequence of operations and control requirements • Proficiency in Visio, AutoCAD, and/or other design software relevant to cold room and walk-in layout design • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
