Beschreibung

• Work alongside Account Executives and Sales team members to identify prospects’ pain points, challenges, and business objectives • Work alongside Customer Success Managers and Client Experience team members to identify customers’ pain points, challenges, and business objectives • Analyze prospect/customer needs technically, align them to best practices, and determine the best-fit product offering • Articulate and position Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions • Demonstrate Connected Workplace solutions according to prospects’ and customers’ needs • Configure the application to suit prospect/customer needs and business goals • Become an expert in Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions and the ServiceNow platform • Assist with quotes and scope of work documents • Stay current on product enhancements and their application to industry challenges • Share product and industry insights with peers, colleagues, and partners • Support technical and functional RFI/RFQ/RFP responses • Support Proof of Concept/Proof of Value initiatives • Support Marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including tradeshows, webinars, conferences, executive briefings, and industry events • Provide product expertise and materials to customers and prospects and share field insights with Marketing, Product, and Innovation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience • 2+ years of experience in facilities management, asset management, IWMS, EAM, CAFM, or CMMS software, or 2+ years of experience in presales and multiple years of experience in an industry of focus for Nuvolo • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to discuss complex solutions and explain them in an easy-to-understand way • Critical thinking abilities • Experience as a Consultant or working for a software provider preferred
