Beschreibung

• Establish and lead the Voice of Customer (VoC) process for the AI data center segment. • Define system-level requirements and develop multi-generational product roadmaps for AI applications and system architecture. • Collaborate with engineering to optimize system architectures for AI workloads ranging from 20MW to 1GW. • Analyze market sizing, framing, and competitive positioning within the AI data center ecosystem. • Develop and maintain a system product roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, technical capabilities, and sustainability commitments. • Own the unified system architecture roadmap in partnership with system lead engineers and product/engineering teams. • Serve as the primary conduit for customer feedback and integrate market insights into the product development roadmap. • Define success criteria and value propositions for new systems and work with commercialization teams on successful launches. • Engage directly with key customers and partners to align technology roadmaps.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field; MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 7-10 years of product management experience or relevant experiences. • Proven experience in system product management, technical marketing, or system architecture, preferably within the data center industry. • Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and the specific challenges posed by AI/ML workloads. • Excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical features into customer value. • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment serving mission critical customers.
