• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners in your portfolio • Help homeowners make informed decisions that improve performance and guest appeal • Manage a mix of remote and in-person interactions, including regular property visits • Build strong homeowner relationships and be a trusted advisor • Review pricing, occupancy and marketing performance to identify opportunities • Make data-driven recommendations to maximise commercial performance • Ensure property descriptions, photography and listings are optimised • Communicate insights clearly and instill confidence in decision-making • Use systems and tools to monitor trends and track KPIs • Support retention and help to grow the regional portfolio • Collaborate with internal teams across operations, commercial and marketing

🎯 Anforderungen

• A customer-focused mindset and confidence in building relationships • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data • A commercial approach to pricing, marketing and revenue • Confidence using systems and digital tools (Salesforce beneficial but not essential) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • The ability to prioritise, manage time and work autonomously • A positive and adaptable nature in a fast-moving, seasonal environment
