Beschreibung

• Lead the continued development of OleOleSport.com, a consumer-facing sports travel and commerce platform • Build and scale systems powering ticket sales, hospitality packages, supporter travel, memberships, event experiences, and future commerce initiatives • Develop high-traffic transactional website functionality across search, checkout, payments, customer accounts, and order management • Design and shape the technical architecture and product direction as the platform expands globally • Integrate and operate systems involving travel, ticketing, hospitality, e-commerce, and marketplace workflows • Collaborate with company leadership, product, design, and engineering teams • Support scalability, performance, reliability, security, and customer experience • Contribute across a broad range of problems and technologies in an early-stage startup environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production web applications • Proven experience developing consumer-facing platforms in travel, hospitality, ticketing, events, e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or online booking systems • Strong full stack development experience with modern web technologies, including frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, and relational databases • Experience designing and implementing high-volume transactional systems involving search, bookings, reservations, payments, checkout flows, customer accounts, or order management • Experience integrating third-party APIs, including payment gateways, travel suppliers, ticketing systems, CRM platforms, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and other commercial services • Strong understanding of website performance, scalability, reliability, security, and customer experience best practices • Experience building responsive web applications optimized for desktop and mobile users • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and production support • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: experience with OTAs, ticketing companies, hospitality platforms, marketplaces, or large-scale e-commerce businesses • Preferred: experience with international consumer products serving multiple countries, languages, currencies, and payment methods • Preferred: experience with SEO-driven websites and organic traffic growth strategies • Preferred: experience with loyalty, rewards, membership, referral, or affiliate programs • Preferred: experience supporting high-growth consumer businesses and scaling platforms to large user bases • Passion for football, sports, travel, or live events preferred • Understanding of football and international sports is a huge plus
