Beschreibung

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for eTIMS. • Align product strategy with company goals and market trends. • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the curbside management space. • Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and user stories. • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. • Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging industry expertise to guide product decisions. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions. • Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge for demos, RFPs, and proposals. • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 – 8+ years industry experience in parking, curbside management, or municipal operations • Able to translate complex operational needs into user-oriented product solutions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions • Comfort with agile methodologies and product management tools • Sufficient technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Pendo, Figma, etc.) preferred • Able to travel up to 25% to attend onsite meetings and conferences and visit customers
