Beschreibung

• Run workflow discovery with ops teams and business leadership • Deliver training and enablement sessions across the full agentic tool suite • Identify where agentic tools create real leverage and communicate that clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Own client engagements end-to-end • Build a repeatable discovery and enablement framework the team can use across clients • Document what works, what doesn't, and why • Contribute to the service offering definition alongside the team lead • Stay at the frontier of the agentic tool landscape as a practitioner • Represent Tribe's point of view externally, in writing and in client conversations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6–10 years of experience at the intersection of operations, workflow design, technology adoption, or enterprise change • Has redesigned a workflow or process before — formally or informally • Daily practitioner of the full agentic tool suite — Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and beyond • Strong discovery instincts • Natural teacher: patient with non-technical stakeholders • Self-directed and energized by building from scratch
