Beschreibung

• Maintain, enhance, and expand our foundational codebase ("Foundry") that serves as reusable building blocks for project teams • Support project teams in effectively utilizing our platform components, helping them achieve 50-70% reuse of existing code • Identify opportunities to incorporate successful project implementations back into the platform for future reuse • Proactively address bugs, performance issues, and feature gaps in the platform • Reduce barriers to productivity by creating training materials and documentation for platform components • Design and implement onboarding processes to help team members become productive with the codebase quickly • Provide hands-on support through pairing sessions and code reviews with project teams • Work closely with sales teams to understand upcoming project requirements and advise on platform capabilities and impact • Collaborate with project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to understand what's working and what needs improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience building production-level AI solutions • Strong experience designing and implementing reusable systems, modules, and components • Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and agent systems • Experience supporting and mentoring other engineers in technical implementation • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences • Experience working in a consulting or services environment with client-deployed solutions • Proven ability to balance technical excellence with practical business outcomes • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple projects
