Beschreibung

• Sell products and services for a pet health and wellness client • Work with potential customers to convert prospects into brand loyalists • Follow sales scripts, processes, and FTC-compliant sales practices • Represent Tribe’s ethos and partner brands ethically • Learn and use company systems including Rippling, Salesforce, and Vonage • Conduct frequent phone and video calls with prospects and customers • Help pet owners use supplements effectively and improve pets’ health outcomes • Collaborate with leaders and the broader remote team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth and sales excellence • Knowledge, background, or passion in health and wellness • Excellent verbal and written skills • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST • Reliable internet and equipment • Fast, reliable laptop or desktop computer with working microphone, camera, and headset • Ability to run the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth • Latency under approximately 150ms • Jitter under approximately 30ms • Packet loss under approximately 1%
