Beschreibung

• Manage the overall applications product backlog • Prioritize stories according to changing business needs • Provide hands-on management of the Product Services and Project Services teams • Drive development and delivery using Agile Scrum methodology • Participate in and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings • Evaluate and report on the technical performance of assigned team members • Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detailed systems design, configuration, or program specifications • Deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organizational needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must reside within United States • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • Advanced degree preferred • Experience in healthcare claims environment and applications development, SDLC, ALM, and SQL preferred • Knowledge of Project Management principles, agile methodologies, and ownership of product portfolio preferred • Supervision of two (2) or more employees or experience acting in a lead role position for at least one (1) year preferred • Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications desired • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment • Resume must include employer name, dates of service, average hours worked per week, essential job duties, education details, and licensure/certification information if applicable
