Beschreibung

• Serve as a direct link between Tris Pharma and health care providers and clients • Adhere to SOPs, policies, processes, compliance guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements • Respond to sales inquiries, disseminate scientific information, and report Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints • Conduct office visits to establish, develop, and maintain business partnerships with targeted healthcare providers and staff • Increase awareness through scientific information and educational programs for medical professionals • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to establish and execute action plans • Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve territory and sales goals • Assist in market development and identify new prescriber opportunities • Support product promotion activities for branded products and deliver approved messaging and materials • Document field activity in the CRM system and manage territory metrics • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Pharma Sales Rep: Bachelors degree or higher education and minimum 1 year sales experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, business to business (B2B), capital equipment, medical device and/or related industry • Healthcare Sales Rep: Bachelors degree and minimum 2 years sales experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with documented sales success • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully and independently growing and managing a territory • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and to develop strategic and actionable business plans • Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls • Excellent presentation skills and experience • Ability to quickly learn, understand and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to external customers • Scientific and business acumen • Valid US drivers license and clean driving record • Qualified candidates must live within Cleveland and the surrounding territory • This is a field-based position requiring 100% travel
