Beschreibung

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions, including requirements analysis, business-process design, platform customization, API integration, testing, and customer training • Serve as the technical consultant during discovery calls with key customers and prospects • Document technical requirements and guide solution design • Present TRM APIs and architecture, including implementation guidance, timelines, and potential challenges • Develop API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides • Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders • Provide expert integration support and troubleshoot customer issues • Stay current with product features and technical dependencies • Align customer needs with the product roadmap and advocate for enhancements • Participate in weekly customer syncs, bi-weekly health syncs, account-team POD calls, and regular customer engagement • Deliver integration documentation within 1–2 days • Provide immediate contingency solutions for urgent customer issues • Build scripted customer proofs of concept within days • Feed customer insights back to engineering and product teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Professional experience in pre- and post-sales roles, such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer • US Citizenship is required (no dual citizenship) • Exceptional customer-facing skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation, testing, and launch • Comfortable scripting in one or more languages to build customer PoCs or prototype APIs, such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks independently • High initiative and proactive approach to technical and team-process improvements • Previous AI development experience highly preferred • Ability to work during core overlap hours of 8:00am–5:00pm ET • AI fluency, including applying AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage
