Beschreibung

• Lead TRM's hacks category, including metrics, systems, and the contractor team operating around the clock • Run incident response for major hacks, including triage, cross-team coordination, internal and customer communications, and incident reports • Ensure major hacks are visible to customers within hours of the first credible public report • Maintain complete and accurate hack data, including entity, theft addresses, date, amount, and hack type • Design systems with Data Science and Engineering to trace stolen funds as they move downstream • Build AI-powered tools and agents to automate hacks analysis and response while maintaining human quality control • Root-cause major hacks and publish technical analyses • Develop approaches to identify vulnerable contracts before exploitation and integrate them into the product • Collaborate with Nation States, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Global Investigations, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing teams • Participate in monthly metrics reviews, weekly operating syncs, cross-time-zone team syncs, war rooms, and on-call rotations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional experience in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, cyber threat intelligence, incident response, or a closely related field • Experience owning incident response in a high-stakes environment, including war rooms, incident reports, and communications under pressure • Strong blockchain tracing across BTC, EVM, TRON, and Solana, including bridges, cross-chain swaps, and mixers • Understanding of DeFi, bridge, and exchange exploits and attacker behavior after theft • Applied AI fluency, including building AI-assisted or agentic workflows and validating outputs • Experience managing contractors or leading a small team • Clear technical and executive writing and briefing skills • Hands-on and highly accountable approach • Smart-contract reverse-engineering using Solidity is nice to have • Experience at a security auditor or blockchain analytics firm is nice to have • Experience following specific well-known hacker groups is nice to have • On-call availability • Ability to work in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment
