Beschreibung

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for renting portable storage solutions across industry segments • Develop strategies and tactics for new business generation • Develop relationships and communicate with customers via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits • Build rapport and trust with potential customers • Demonstrate product knowledge and offer solutions that meet customer needs • Close deals through generated leads and telephone prospecting • Increase market share in new and established markets • Collaborate with sales team members, operations, and inventory center staff to provide customer solutions • Make a high volume of quality outbound phone calls • Maintain accurate customer quote, specification, and special-request records in the division database • Develop relationships within networking organizations and industry associations • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and goals • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1+ years of outside sales experience • Proven experience prospecting for new customers • Proven sales experience, preferably in both inside and outside sales • Effective negotiation and closing skills • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics • Commitment to excellent customer service • Excellent verbal, email, and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High motivation and passion for sales • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, the Internet, and customer databases • Interpersonal and rapport-building skills • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective time management • Ability to work in a process-driven environment • Confident, assertive, quick-thinking, and able to make decisions within established guidelines • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States • Prior construction or rental industry experience is a plus • Knowledge of AI for prospecting, customer management, and the sales process is a plus
