Beschreibung

• Define and own the conversational AI roadmap across voice and chat • Balance consumer impact, client demand, operational readiness, and platform build-vs-adopt decisions • Establish AI agent behavior standards for authentication, intent recognition, hardship handling, and human handoffs • Ensure a unified consumer experience across voice, chat, SMS, and email • Manage vendor relationships • Specify requirements for telephony and CRM/servicing system integrations • Drive operational metrics including latency, containment, and cost per resolution • Partner with Legal and Compliance on FDCPA, Reg F, and TCPA compliance • Prepare Operations, Client Success, and Compliance teams for launches with training, runbooks, escalation paths, and key metrics

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of 0-1 Product Management experience • Track record of shipping products that moved business metrics • Fintech, collections, lending, or other regulated financial services experience is a strong plus • Shipped LLM-based capabilities in production • Ability to reason about prompting, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, latency, and failure modes • Hands-on experience with voice agents, chat agents, IVR, or contact center technology • Strong analytical skills and ability to independently answer questions about conversation or outcome data • Experience with B2B2C products • Ability to balance client configuration with consumer experience • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, roll-up-your-sleeves environments • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment • Ability to protect confidential company, employee, customer, and business information while working outside a company office
