Beschreibung

• Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product evaluation and close • Work with the Sales team to close new business by designing a solution that creates value for our prospects while eliminating their challenges • Support enablement of new Account Executives for success through insight into the positioning of Trunk Tools' platform. • Complete immersion and mastery of Trunk Tools' product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies. • Be a valued team member helping with internal projects, mentoring & knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with all levels of the Trunk Tools organization to develop best practices and drive Trunk Tools' evolution as a market leader

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years working in the construction industry. • Minimum of 3 years experience working with Enterprise customers. • Proven track record of successful engagement and support with clients in an enterprise setting. • Proven performance in a Solutions Engineer role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives a plus but not mandatory. • Understanding of complex web and mobile applications utilised for documentation management, project management, or similar. • Understanding and/or strong interest in developing a working knowledge of enterprise technology environments including AI, storage, database, data warehousing, data integration, data analytics, and security.
