Beschreibung

• Conduct security assessments, threat hunts, code and log reviews, and penetration testing • Drive continuous monitoring improvements • Design, implement, optimize, and monitor security controls and tooling across endpoints, infrastructure, and application CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with engineering teams through security reviews, guidance, and automation • Respond to security incidents, managing containment, remediation, forensics, and root cause analysis • Participate in tabletop exercises and incident simulations • Coordinate external penetration tests • Support enterprise customer onboarding, including SSO integrations, network allowlisting, and security reviews • Join customer-facing technical and security discussions as a trusted security point of contact • Support vendor security assessments and third-party risk evaluation • Help ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and future regulatory and certification requirements • Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies • Contribute to company-wide security awareness initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4–8 years in cybersecurity, technical security, or solutions engineering roles • Hands-on experience deploying and managing security tooling such as EDR, IAM, MDM, SIEM, ZTNA, or vulnerability scanners • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical security concepts to non-security stakeholders • Working knowledge of networking, Windows/macOS, and security protocols • Experience with security reporting and compliance tools • Cloud security knowledge, especially AWS • Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, Bash, or similar • Strong skills in log analysis, threat investigation, and incident response • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action • Desirable: hands-on AWS security services experience, including CloudTrail, GuardDuty, WAF, IAM, and Security Hub • Desirable: enterprise customer technical onboarding or security validation experience • Desirable: DAST/SAST and IaC security expertise • Desirable: Kubernetes and container security knowledge • Desirable: Identity & Access Management experience, such as Google or Okta • Desirable: JVM languages, Terraform/IaC, CDK, or React experience • Desirable: familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, EU AI Act/LLMs • Desirable: audit delivery or GRC tools experience, such as Drata or Vanta • Desirable: interest in AI or knowledge of AI security risks and frameworks such as ISO 42001 • Desirable: security qualifications or certifications
