Beschreibung

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approval routing. • Assist with accounts payable activities, including vendor communications and payment support. • Support vendor onboarding and compliance requirements (W-9 collection, banking verification, 1099 documentation, etc.). • Assist with monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. • Help maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory tracking activities. • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation of inventory records. • Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and transfers. • Support monthly close activities through preparation of schedules and supporting documentation. • Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation for audit readiness. • Support HR with ad hoc activities and reporting • Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field • 1–2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Bill.com a plus) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filters, lookups preferred)
