Beschreibung

• Create and implement health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients • Promote a positive and proactive culture and ensure compliance • Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks and procedures • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency • Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements • Track operational and safety risks • Develop and manage strategic risk management strategies to avoid potential incidents • Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports • Provide recommendations to prevent risk • Monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory compliance within the account • Work with management to create strategic solutions that improve and maintain compliance • Identify potential concerns with stakeholders • Communicate findings, concerns, and deficiencies to responsible functional managers • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values • Influence parties of shared interests to reach agreement • Apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve team and departmental objectives • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Additional certifications as required by the local authority • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information • Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues
