Beschreibung

• Deliver technical wins and product fit for customers across the EMEA region • Lead the technical pre-sales relationship for strategic accounts • Propose technical architectures and demonstrate Twilio products • Anticipate customer concerns and provide creative solutions to communications and customer engagement challenges • Strategize and plan for deal success with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners • Conduct business discovery and communicate the business value of Twilio solutions • Participate in qualification, discovery, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts, RFP responses, design documentation, technical presentations, and enablement sessions • Develop subject matter expertise on customer needs and Twilio communications technology • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers • Build and present complex presentations and product demos • Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior customer stakeholders • Present creative solutions and architectures • Share knowledge and build reusable demo assets and presentations for the Solutions Engineer community

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 3 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS or Telecom space • Solid understanding and experience of the sales cycle and the role of a pre-sales engineer • Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations or messaging APIs • Ability to collaborate and drive success • Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to understand customer needs and guide them to technical solutions using Twilio Communications products • Knowledge of public cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure • Experience writing code in backend technologies such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP; or web technologies such as JS or React • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs • Must be remotely based in the UK or Ireland • Approximately 35% travel anticipated • Desired: hands-on backend development experience • Desired: familiarity with iOS and Android mobile development • Desired: previous technical experience in Telecommunications, SIP, WebRTC, or Contact Centre • Desired: automation, cloud-native development, and major cloud platform skills • Desired: experience with sales methodologies
