Beschreibung

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies for the Contract life cycle management team. • Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes. • Communicate regularly with a diverse group of stakeholders with different priorities and levels of technical acumen. • Lead projects end to end to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams track and manage CPQ/CLM product, in partnership with the product owner and product manager. • Work with Product Managers to architect and implement solutions within Salesforce. Your work will include (but not be limited to) architecting automation and system behavior using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow ensuring scalability, system health, and end user personas/experience. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions from a diverse group of stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen. • Provide ongoing roadmap design and ownership in combination with the product owner and product manager. • Be an advocate for technology best practices and be a stakeholder representing technology.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and Order-to-Cash implementations. • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation within a CLM and e-signature tool (preferably Conga + DocuSign) inside the Salesforce ecosystem. • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X-Author, document templates, and DocuSign APIs. • Demonstrated ability to capture thinking, recommendations, and process mappings in clear, highly detailed documentation. • Proven track record of operating as a strategic partner who can constructively challenge stakeholders and leadership in the interest of system scalability and long-term sustainability. • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. • Ability to think strategically and translate complex or ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
