Beschreibung

• Provide direction and project management oversight for large, complex, and/or strategic projects across multiple sites • Define projects, purpose, objectives, business rules, deliverables, work plans, and decisions • Determine project scope and communicate with clients to understand business needs • Secure executive sponsorship and funding approval • Support departmental funding and budgeting activities • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, continuous improvement plans, communication plans, schedules, and estimates • Manage multiple concurrent projects, larger budgets, high-risk transformation initiatives, budget or revenue impact, profit contribution, and other measurable business metrics • Lead large cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones and objectives on time and within budget • Mentor junior project managers, team members, and trained change agents • Lead Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events • Implement Visual Workplace and Standard Work at site level • Align continuous improvement initiatives with organizational strategy • Develop or select Lean Six Sigma training modules and support Change Agent training delivery or selection • Analyze complex situations, distill issues into options, and drive appropriate conclusions • Ensure projects deliver operational needs and requirements • Provide input to Contracts Management for scope-of-work revisions and budget revisions • Communicate project deliverable completion to Finance for invoicing tracking and follow-up • Support business development proposals and participate in business development presentations • Champion process improvement initiatives and measure outcomes • Monitor and report contract status as liaison between Finance and project teams • Lead design and strategy sessions and product/service development • Participate in internal and external in-person and virtual meetings/events • Travel up to 40% as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or relevant experience • 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5–10 years relevant experience • Preferred Lean Certification at Expert or Master level • Extensive project management skills using various programs to prepare and execute business plans • Microsoft office applications • Project management experience in implementing PAS services - Reimbursement Service, Financial Assistance, PAP program set up, Adherence Programs, Copay programs, and other related services is preferred • At a minimum, lead and navigate Systems integration and CRM build projects to support PAS preferred • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills • Must have managed all aspects of Lean Deployment, preferably a contact center • Ability to manage complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions • Ability to travel up to 40% to attend related meetings/conferences as needed
