Beschreibung

• Lead development of the quality control strategy, scope, and plan for large-scale heavy civil infrastructure projects. • Lead mobilization, project execution, and resourcing. • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the engineers with assigned responsibility for the coordination, execution, and construction management of engineering projects. • Collaborate across the business to develop best-in-class quality control and safety strategies, plans, and practices. • Hold team members accountable to the Critical Infrastructure Command Team’s high standards. • Support in business development efforts and be a strong external representative and advocate for the Critical Infrastructure Command Team and for Ulteig industry-wide.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Licensed Professional Engineer • 8 years of related experience in large-scale heavy civil infrastructure construction required • 2 years of related experience managing construction inspection/quality teams required • DOT, ACI, or related certifications for Asphalt and/or Concrete preferred • Excellent writing and communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills • Self-motivated; able to work independently and with a project team • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture • Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement. • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
