Beschreibung

• Drive a strategic initiative focused on automating power substation design work • Define and implement agile automation solutions for power substations • Work with internal experts, consultants, operations, and technology partners • Develop and execute a roadmap for modular automation projects using design authoring and supporting software • Define product vision, strategy, and a 6-to-12-month roadmap • Translate business needs and customer insight into product requirements • Define MVP, prototype, and pilot requirements and validate concepts • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements and making prioritization decisions • Review and accept completed user stories • Coordinate and communicate product releases • Maintain product requirement documents, customer journey maps, voice-of-customer analysis, analytics, and business-impact dashboards • Champion technology adoption and process improvements • Drive adoption through change planning, communication, and enablement activities • Monitor ROI, adoption, KPIs, and business impact • Track industry trends, competitive offerings, and market signals • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision and roadmap • Conduct user and stakeholder research • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues • Develop product messaging and support demos and presentations • Communicate product value propositions • Foster innovation, collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and team growth

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or another related field; relevant experience may be considered • 8+ years of experience in design-related fields • Hands-on automation, digital design, or BIM experience preferred • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while meeting aggressive deadlines • Extensive project planning and execution skills • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Knowledge and proficiency in primary design authoring and supporting software platforms • Openness to innovation and ability to apply evolving technology and AI tools • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
