Beschreibung

• Lead large, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from initiation through close-out for the Power Lifeline Sector • Manage project scope, stakeholders, schedule, budget, and quality • Coordinate matrixed project execution teams and resources • Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and problem-solving sessions • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Develop detailed project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies • Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, and implement recommendations supporting scope, schedule, and cost objectives • Represent the project to clients and provide regular status updates • Collaborate with engineering teams to manage technical project aspects • Lead project coaching, conflict resolution, facilitation, motivation, and negotiation • Track and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, costs, and financial transactions • Monitor project health and key metrics • Adhere to governance policies and contract strategies • Build effective working relationships and share best practices across projects and teams • Provide training and support to project team members • Maintain client focus and represent Ulteig professionally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of project management experience • Significant experience in engineering projects; power industry experience preferred • Technical engineering knowledge required, with ability to understand and coordinate solutions for complex engineering challenges • PE, PMP, CCM or equivalent certification preferred • Demonstrated leadership skills and proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams, including project/program management, services, engineering, operations, and procurement • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Planview Adaptive Work • Advanced understanding and experience of scheduling and cost planning • Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred • Openness to innovation and use of evolving technology and AI tools • Must have permanent work authorization to work in the US
