Beschreibung

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including business development, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution. • Resource Management: Optimize the allocation and utilization of engineering resources to meet project demands efficiently. • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure engineering designs meet industry standards and client specifications. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international engineering regulations, standards, and safety protocols. • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred). • Accumulated 8-20 years of experience in engineering roles, with a significant portion dedicated to managerial or leadership responsibilities. • Expertise in rotary mechanical equipment like Pumps, Air Blowers, Air Compressors, Agitators, Mixers and static mechanical equipment like Atmospheric tanks, Pressure vessels and process mechanical equipment like Clarifiers, Thickeners, Stop logs, Sluice gates. • Proficient in process equipment like Screens, Clarifiers, Sludge thickening & Dewatering equipment, Media filters, Ultrafiltration, Cartridge filters, Brackish water and Sea water RO, Energy Recovery Devices. • Knowledge of package items like Chemical dosing system, CO2 dosing system, Chlorination system, Diffused Air Floatation system, Dewatering System. • Experienced in various types of valves for process industries and experienced in the design of a wide range of metallic and non-metallic piping including Super duplex, Duplex, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Ductile Iron, GRP, HDPE, UPVC & CPVC piping. • Skilled in handling drawings like Plant layouts, Civil guide drawings, Piping layouts, Piping GA Drawings, Piping Isometric Drawings, Pipeline profile drawings, Tank & Vessel drawings, Structural fabrication drawings like platforms, pipe racks, skids, pipe supports. • Experience in handling 2D drafting software like AutoCAD, 3D designs review software like Navisworks, Design software like PV Elite (for pressure vessel design) & Caesar (for pipe stress analysis). • Knowledge of various industrial design codes and material standards like ASME, API, ISO, HIS, AWWA & ASTM. • Experience in handling projects from FEED stage, Detail Engineering stage, EPC stage till commissioning and handing over of the project. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results. • Technical proficiency in water treatment engineering. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
