Beschreibung

• Oversee planning, execution, and management of formwork projects from conception to completion • Lead project planning and execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials, equipment, and resources • Provide technical expertise and guidance, resolving complex engineering challenges • Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project plans • Conduct site inspections and quality audits • Manage client communications, including inquiries, concerns, and change requests • Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an added bonus • Proven experience in project engineering and management within the construction industry, with a focus on formwork-related projects • Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes • Proficiency in project management software, CAD software, and other relevant tools • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Prior experience in formwork design, scaffolding, or related fields is preferred • External candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA
