Beschreibung

• Own the product lifecycle of both internal & client-facing financial tools, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch optimization • Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, and business teams to define product requirements and align on a roadmap • Serve as the voice of the user, gathering feedback and conducting research to build products that solve real problems • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and user impact • Define and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and inform future decisions • Maintain clear documentation, user stories, and product specifications to ensure a smooth development process

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in product management • Experience with recorded music or publishing royalties, finance, and deal structures is strongly preferred • Experience with Fintech product management is a plus • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude to get things done and own your responsibilities • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable, etc.) is a big advantage • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes are constantly evolving
