Beschreibung

• Provides Systems Administration support for an organization, functional unit, or line of business, building on responsibilities such as: Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging problems. • Installs, removes, and upgrades software packages on test, development, and production servers. • Performs daily monitoring of network systems, independently initiating proactive measures to ensure functionality, connectivity, and load balance. • Troubleshoots systems and host environments, identifying and resolving faults, inconsistencies, and systemic issues. • Evaluates, recommends, and implements solutions to ensure systems functionality and compliance with company standards. • Provides network and systems evaluation and operational reports. • Updates systems records and ensures maintenance of accurate information. • Ensures computer programs in company use are properly licensed, adhere to company standards, and are operational and functional. • Assists systems users by creating instructional how-to guides and by providing technical information and training.

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Working expertise in Linux systems administration • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required • This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology, therefore, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
