Beschreibung

• Lead the security target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap, aligning risk reduction with business outcomes • Lead enterprise architecture assessments across Azure cloud and network infrastructure, Kubernetes, identity and access management, CI/CD pipelines, secure software development, and AI/LLM • Partner with CloudOps, Product/Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture to embed security into platforms and product roadmaps • Develop security reference architectures and patterns aligned with Unit4’s security vision • Design and implement layered enterprise security architectures that provide defense-in-depth and resilience • Provide architectural authority and well-reasoned guidance on security principles, technologies, and patterns • Ensure architectural decisions incorporate regulatory, customer, and audit requirements • Engage senior stakeholders to shape cyber direction and maintain architectural consistency • Design secure multi-cloud architectures across networking, compute, data, containers, and serverless • Collaborate on security design, engineering, and implementation within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID ecosystems • Consult on Microsoft security tooling, including Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, endpoint management, Azure Network Security, and Conditional Access • Evaluate new cloud services and identify and mitigate risks before adoption • Develop secure reference architectures for Azure services, including AKS, VMs, serverless workloads, storage, databases, key management, and data loss prevention • Mature security by design in Product through pipeline compliance checks, architecture reviews, and assurance for deviations • Contribute security nonfunctional requirements, reference patterns, and threat models to product roadmaps • Contribute to enterprise blueprints, playbooks, and whitepapers • Support secure culture development and uplift security knowledge across technical teams • Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–10+ years’ experience in IT or cybersecurity • At least 3 years in a dedicated security architecture role • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), or Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) • Proven experience designing large-scale, secure enterprise solutions in complex organisations • Deep technical expertise across Azure cloud, identity, network, endpoint, SaaS, and modern enterprise architectures • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, including Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Conditional Access, Entra ID governance, and PIM • Demonstrated experience delivering Zero Trust concepts in production environments • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and automation tooling • Ability to articulate security risks and solutions to engineering teams and executive stakeholders • Knowledge of NIST, ISO27001, SOC reporting, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, or CSA CCM frameworks • Experience with Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, or Python • Experience designing scalable hybrid or multi-cloud architectures • Prior experience in large enterprises, SaaS providers, or regulated sectors • Consulting-style capabilities in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and outcome-based delivery • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects, and drive technical decisions • Strategic thinking connecting long-term goals with short-term action • Collaboration across cross-functional teams • Potential requirement to obtain security clearance and pass background checks for customer projects and sensitive data access
