Beschreibung

• Act as trusted advisor, solution expert and strategist within the sales team • Work with New Business Account Executives, Customer Success, Product Management and Partners • Lead business discovery with executive and operational stakeholders • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover business drivers, success metrics and desired outcomes • Translate customer business requirements into solution strategies • Align product capabilities with measurable customer outcomes and business value • Help customers envision future-state processes and ways of working • Design and deliver tailored, business-focused demonstrations • Partner with Sales on opportunity strategy, qualification and competitive positioning • Develop differentiated solution approaches for competitive situations • Track industry trends, challenges and competitor positioning • Share expertise through presentations, customer events and communities • Contribute to RFPs, RFIs and business cases • Respond to functional, business and solution-related questions • Help customers navigate complex decision-making processes • Use AI agents as a coach and assistant to grow and scale effectiveness • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Services and Customer Success • Help customers achieve measurable value through transformation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Relevant academic background, for example in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another related field • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling Consulting, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar roles • Experience preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, workshops and presentations connecting business challenges to measurable outcomes and customer value • Interest in business transformation, technology and value creation • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and take ownership within a cross-functional team • Fluent French and English, spoken and written • May require security clearance and background checks, including criminal record declaration, right to work, personal identification and work history
