Beschreibung

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and leadership to shape product direction and deliver end-to-end customer experiences—from discovery through launch, with no handoffs. • Own features from initial concepts to shipped product, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. • Create polished designs that clearly communicate ideas and accelerate decision-making. • Prototype in code with AI coding tools. • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product. • Design with accessibility as a core quality standard, not a final checklist. • Raise the quality bar through design critiques, cross-functional collaboration, and thoughtful feedback. • Identify opportunities to improve existing experiences, whether that's rethinking major workflows or fixing small moments of friction.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS or other complex software products. • Strong product thinking with the ability to distill ambiguous problems into simple, intuitive solutions. • Excellent visual, interaction, and UX design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership. • Experience partnering closely with engineers and cross functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle. • Strong prototyping skills and the ability to communicate ideas through interactive experiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively in asynchronous environments. • A self-directed approach—you can set direction, manage your time, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
