Beschreibung

• Serve as the Accounting lead for the Procure-to-Pay workflow, partnering with Procurement, FP&A, and business leaders • Drive purchase order 2-way/3-way matching workflows, invoice intake, vendor onboarding frameworks, and operational controls • Oversee global disbursement cycles, payment operations, and banking administration with Treasury • Modernize, centralize, and scale international Accounts Payable operations • Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting, multi-currency processing, cross-border payment rules, and regional transaction taxes • Maintain vendor management standards and optimize payment inquiry resolution • Drive optimization and alignment of AP and P2P tooling such as NetSuite, Coupa, and Zip • Establish and track AP performance metrics • Ensure AP subledgers are complete, accurate, and reconciled to support month-end close • Partner on accrual methodologies, expense recognition, period-end cutoffs, and GR/IR reconciliation • Design and enforce internal controls aligned with SOX standards • Enforce delegation of authority, segregation of duties, and approval hierarchies; support external audits • Build, mentor, and scale a global AP and operational accounting team • Foster accountability, service excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across regions and time zones

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting or global AP/shared services experience, including 3+ years managing multi-entity or global AP and P2P operations • 7+ years of Accounts Payable / P2P Accounting Operations experience, including 3+ years in team leadership • Proven cross-functional partnership with Procurement, Treasury, Legal, and business stakeholders • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and P2P/AP automation tools such as NetSuite, Zip, and Coupa • Strong experience in a public company or late-stage pre-IPO environment with mature internal controls and audit rigor • Direct experience with multi-currency transactions, regional indirect taxes (VAT/GST), and international payment rails • Strong technical background in PO matching, invoice processing, and GL accrual reconciliations • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder partnership abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Active CPA designation preferred • East Coast time zone preferred • Candidates must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wisconsin
