Beschreibung

• Modernize a large-scale production React Native application • Design reliable offline-first mobile experiences • Build Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integrations with connected devices • Improve application performance, synchronization, and reliability • Influence architecture and engineering standards • Mentor other developers and provide technical leadership • Work directly with customers to understand real-world workflows and build solutions that make a difference

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of professional mobile application development experience, including strong expertise with React Native • Experience designing and building scalable, maintainable mobile applications using sound software architecture and engineering best practices • Experience developing applications that support intermittent or offline connectivity, including local databases and mobile synchronization strategies • Experience integrating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or similar hardware/device communication into mobile applications • Native Android or iOS development experience is a plus • Experience working in Agile software development environments using Jira, Gitflow, and modern CI/CD practices • Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Interest in learning about agriculture and leveraging technology to improve farm operations.
