Beschreibung
• Manage general accounting activities for multiple legal entities • Oversee and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities • Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting work products • Maintain responsibility for the general ledger structure • Prepare, review, and present end-of-month financial results, variance analysis, and supporting schedules • Perform and document technical accounting research • Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across all supported U.S. entities • Support parent-company reporting and consolidation requirements • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes • Provide timely financial data and insights to support management decision-making • Support internal and external audit requests
🎯 Anforderungen
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field • Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience • 1-3 years in public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm preferred) • 1-3 years of people management or team-leader experience required • Experience with accounting software, such as Oracle Cloud or SAP preferred. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) (High proficiency) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) USA Upon Hire Required
