Beschreibung

• Develop profitable business account relationships and increase profitability from existing and new accounts • Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services • Make sales presentations to existing and prospective clients about the benefits of the organization's products and services • Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Three to five years of financial sales experience • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally • Well-developed sales and new business development skills, including sales strategy, goal development, and closing skills • Credit card, payments solutions, or business banking experience • Experience with Salesforce • Thorough knowledge of unit payment products • Thorough knowledge of the organization, its products, services, and operations • Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations • Strong marketing, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong customer service and relationship skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Good understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct • Certain positions may be subject to FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, NFA, FCPA, Bank Secrecy Act, SAFE Act, and/or applicable federal guidelines
